Service Description

This option is for those new to Yoga and/or new to me and my classes. Book this class when you would like to see if my style of classes is for you. This option may be used for either of the classes below: Monday Night Yoga | 6pm | Claybrooke Primary School Hall Monday Mindfulness Meditation | 7:30pm | Claybrooke Primary School Hall Wednesday Night Yoga | 7:15pm | Ullesthorpe Village Hall In a typical Yoga class, expect to be led through a sequence of common Yoga postures, breath work & relaxation adapted to the needs of the groups and the season. Within this class, you will be given different options of support or challenge depending on how you feel on the day. My style is trauma-informed, therapeutic, and follows what our bodies need through the seasonal shits. My teaching is influenced by my training in Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative styles of Yoga as well as my training as a Yoga Therapist. Over the course of the block, we will build on movements that stretch and strengthen, as well as practices designed to soothe the nervous system and promote whole health & wellbeing. Classes will also include key teachings from Yoga Philosophy and seasonal living to deepen your practice and support you in taking Yoga off the mat. In Mindfulness Meditation, expect to be introduced to key teachings from the world of mindfulness each week. These teachings will form ‘themes’ for each session, which will guide the meditation practice. The meditation practice itself, will be fully guided and tailored to the needs of the group. Afterwards, there will be space for reflection and discussion to help you deepen your practice. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or an established meditator, this block of classes provides a supportive environment to reset, find calm, relaxation and reconnection with yourself. No experience is necessary—just bring whatever you need to be comfortable, an open mind, and a willingness to explore. Join us each Monday to centre yourself and build emotional resilience for the week ahead! For full information, see each class description on the class page after booking. Refunds & Cancellations

Unfortunately in the case of full block bookings, cancellations cannot be accepted once booked and paid for. In the case of partial block bookings, class transfers may be made if spaces are available at the preferred time. This is dependent on spaces and at the discretion of the teacher.
