Autumn Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat Day

Part of the ‘Healing Through the Seasons’ series of seasonal retreat days.

As the leaves change and the air turns crisp, take this day to ground yourself in the calming embrace of autumn. This seasonal wellbeing retreat offers a perfect blend of practices to restore your body, mind & soul, ready for you to enjoy all that this time of the year has to offer.

The day itself will include:

  • A seasonally aligned Yoga session, designed to connect you with the changing season and what you need, as well as focussing on nurturing the digestive, respiratory and immune systems – ready for the darker months ahead.
  • A restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, allowing your body and mind to deeply rest, and relax.
  • Mindfulness meditation, which will invite the mind to quieten and slow down, as well as connect you with the present moment.
  • A short talk about the season’s teachings and how to adapt your self-care for the Autumn.
  • A mindful craft that will allow you to enjoy the healing benefits of creative flow, plus something beautiful to take away with you and inspire your self-care at home.
  • Guided reflection time to give you space to connect to your inner wisdom and consider your self-care in the weeks that follow.
  • A nourishing two-course lunch, featuring the rich, comforting flavours of this season, plus all hot/cold drinks and snacks throughout the day.

This retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and embrace the peaceful energy of the Autumn. By the end of the day, you’ll be left feeling rested, nourished and connected to yourself and what you need in the weeks ahead.

Your investment for this day is £75 to include all activities, food, drinks and craft materials.

This retreat also allows you the option to follow a year long journey of wellbeing, inner inquiry & healing as a Winter, Spring & Summer retreat will follow on from this day over the next year. This year long journey will allow us chance to deeply connect to ourselves and each other as we build on our self-care & wellbeing through the seasons. You are welcome to attend one, a couple or all of the events as suits you. For those that book on to this Autumn retreat a small discount will be offered for subsequent retreat days.

Spring – Sunday 16th March 2025

Summer – Sunday 29th June 2025
