Yoga & Mindfulness Classes
Yoga & Mindfulness are well-established practices to help you navigate stress, overwhelm & anxiety. There are also routes into deeper healing and peace within yourself.

My classes are influenced by my training in Hatha, Vinyasa & Restorative styles of Yoga, as well as my training as a Yoga Therapist and Mindfulness meditation. My teaching also responds to the cycles of each season and tailored to the needs of those in the room.

Expect to reconnect with your body, breath and heart as a pathway towards greater calm, balance & connection.
Class Schedule
All Yoga & Mindfulness classes are booked in blocks of around 6-8 weeks roughly mapping on to local school term times.
If it is a while before the next block displayed below begins, it is likely we are currently within the previous block of classes. In this case, you are welcome to contact me directly to see if there is a space in current sessions for you to join.
